Glad you asked! We are AY WEY!, Folsom's loud, proud, and slightly out-of-control street taco headquarters. We didn't come here to build another fancy sit-down restaurant. We came here to bring the ultimate Mexican street food experience that hits you like a firecracker.
We press our own corn tortillas hourly, fire-roast our peppers until they cry, and serve tacos so stuffed they defy gravity. Our recipes come straight from our abuela's kitchen, but we cranked the volume up to 11. No rules, no pretentious garnishes. Just bold, raw flavor that makes you scream AY WEY! on your first bite.
